Privacy Policy
Ashur Health is a product created and operated by Ashur Cybersecurity (“Ashur”) for the purpose of providing medical professionals a secure platform for storage of medical records and easy access to electronic services offered by the Ministry of Health.
To provide access to Ashur Health we require that users create an Ashur Health Account, which uses an e-mail address. The e-mail addresses used for an Ashur Health Account will be used only for account verification, recovery, or optional two-factor authentication. Ashur may use e-mail addresses with an Ashur Health Account to notify of any security breaches, business interruptions, or changes to policies as required by law. Under no circumstances will your e-mail address be sold or shared with any third parties, or used by Ashur for marketing or any purpose not explicitly defined above.
Access to electronic services offered by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (“MOH” / ”MOHLTC”) requires that medical professionals using Ashur Health enter their GO Secure credentials. For convenience, Ashur Health allows users to save their GO Secure credentials into our “Credentials Manager” which will retrieve credentials when the user performs a validation request. All credentials in the Ashur Health “Credential Manager” are fully encrypted, with all access audited.
When making a subscription payment via Interac e-Transfer® the e-mail address you enter will be shared with Interac, Scotiabank (our bank), and your personal banking provider.
When making a one-time or card-on-file payment, your information will be shared with or stored by Square.
No personal payment information is stored on Ashur servers.
